Kim Zolciak Biermann admitted she got plastic surgery on her tummy and breasts to enhance her looks.
Zolciak, who got breast implants and a tummy tuck after giving birth to twins in November 2013, insists she did not get plastic surgery to lose weight, but to enhance her natural beauty.
“I had a boob job and I’ve had a hernia fixed,” Kim told E! (see video). “I had a pretty big hernia from the twins, so I said just do a tummy tuck, but that doesn’t change my size.
“I’m the same size I was the day I walked into surgery. I’m just a little bit tighter-looking.”
Zolciak, a mom of 6 who lost 50 pounds after having twins, said a portion-controlled diet, protein shakes, and waist training are her weight loss secrets, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“Eating in moderation is key,” said Zolciak. “I think the portion sizes that are out there today are just insane.”
Kim drinks 310 Nutrition protein shakes as a snack to curb hunger between meals.
“Thankful for 310 Nutrition for keeping me in check!” said Zolciak. “The shakes really help me! The cleanse is really helpful to jumpstart you.”
Kim Zolciak also does waist training to keep her midsection trim, Examiner reported. Other celebrities who do waist training include Kim Kardashian, Jessica Alba and Brooke Burke.
“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to six inches.
Kim Kardashian said she wore a waist trainer to bed every night to look good for her May 2014 wedding.
Actress Jessica Alba has also credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight loss.
Similarly, Brooke Burke Charvet, creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, said wearing a corset spurred her rapid weight loss after each of her four pregnancies.
“Wrapping your post-partum belly is a concept that has been around for centuries,” said Burke Charvet, who has her own line of belly wraps called Baboosh. “It helps the swelling of the uterus go back down to its original size and it supports all that baggy baby skin.”
