Kate Beckinsale looked gorgeous at the New York City premiere of her new film, “Love & Friendship.”
Beckinsale wore a form-fitting navy, off-the-shoulder dress that spotlighted her yoga-toned body and graceful curves.
Judging by her sizzling beauty, it’s hard to believe Kate is a 42-year-old mom.
Beckinsale has barely aged during the past 10 years, thanks to an anti-aging diet and workout regimen.
Kate’s fitness and beauty secrets are a portion-controlled diet, yoga workouts and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, sculpting lean muscles, and suppressing appetite, said Beckinsale’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.
Ingber is also the longtime yoga instructor of Jennifer Aniston, who has been doing yoga 3 days a week with Mandy for the past 20 years.

“We incorporate cardio and toners into the yoga sessions, much like I do in my Yogalosophy DVD,” said Ingber. “We meet up about three times a week, and our sessions are 60 to 90 minutes.”
Kate Beckinsale also does fat-blasting high intensity interval training (HIIT). Studies show HIIT workouts accelerates weight loss, boosts metabolism and burns belly fat better than steady-state cardio exercise.

“HIIT is a fantastic way to lose weight and get healthy quickly with very short bursts of targeted exercise,” said Sean Bartram, author of High-Intensity Interval Training for Women.
Unlike other celebrities, Kate Beckinsale isn’t scared of aging, and has no plans to go overboard with plastic surgery. “I prefer to age normally instead of a wind-tunnel face,” she said.
