Gwen Stefani looked gorgeous in a makeup-free Instagram selfie that spotlighted her natural beauty.
Stefani, a self-professed makeup junkie, stunned fans with a no-makeup look first thing in the morning.
Gwen was barraged with admiring comments from fans, who were amazed by her youthful beauty.
“Never wear makeup!! You look so beautiful bare face!!” wrote one fan. “Stunning!” Another added: “ OMG!!! So beautiful with no makeup on!”
Looking at her radiant, wrinkle-free skin and superfit body, it’s hard to believe Stefani is a 46-year-old mom of two.
Gwen, who recently divorced after 13 years of marriage, is now dating country music star Blake Shelton, and has never looked better.
Stefani and Shelton recently performed their first country duet, “Go Ahead and Break My Heart,” a track from Shelton’s new album, If I’m Honest.
Stefani’s anti-aging fitness and beauty secrets are a mostly vegan diet and intense exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Gwen no longer follows a 100% vegan diet and eats some animal protein. “She avoids pasta, bread, and rice and drinks lots of water,” said a source.
Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.
“A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals.”

Gwen joins a long list of celebrity vegetarians and vegans who tout a plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits. Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce and Carrie Underwood.
Beyonce’s trainer, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution diet helped her lose 65 pounds six months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012.
Similarly, Carrie Underwood recently lost 30 pounds in 3 months on a vegan diet after giving birth to son Isaiah.

The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, has since maintained her 65-pound weight loss and looks better than ever, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
In addition to diet, Gwen Stefani stays model-skinny by working out 5 days a week.
“I work out five days a week, I can’t imagine not doing it,” said Stefani, who has her own best-selling nail polish line and fragrance.
