Cameron Diaz has released her second book, called The Longevity Book, where she shares her anti-aging diet, workout and beauty secrets.
“I am so proud of this book and very much looking forward to engaging us all in a new conversation about aging: how to do it with strength, grace, health and wisdom,” Diaz wrote on Instagram.
“The Longevity Book” is a follow-up to Cameron’s 2013 bestseller, The Body Book, where she dished weight loss, diet and workout tips.
Diaz said exercise is critical for staying youthful. “You have to just do it,” Diaz said. “Once you commit and really put in the effort, your body goes, ‘It’s not okay to be without this.’”

Cameron maintains her hot bikini body with a low-carb diet, running, weightlifting, yoga and Pilates workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat fuel, said Dr. David Ludwig, author of Always Hungry?
Obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity, agrees. Westman has helped hundreds of morbidly obese people lose thousands of pounds on the low-carb ketogenic and Atkins diets.

Cameron said you don’t have to deprive or starve yourself to be fit, Examiner reported.
“Well-being is an equation,” said Diaz. “You don’t have to have the whole cake, you can have a piece.”
While most people dread getting older, Cameron embraces the aging process because she feels like she’s getting better over time.
“My ass is definitely higher than it was when I was 20,” said Diaz, who’s married to Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden. “Take care of your body [and it will] get better!”
Cameron Diaz detailed her weight loss, diet, and workout secrets in her bestseller, The Body Book.
