Helen Mirren is radiant at age 70, thanks to a low-maintenance fitness and beauty regimen that includes a sensible diet, 12-minute workouts and a positive attitude.
Mirren, who’s the oldest rep in history for L’Oreal Cosmetics, said she wants to inspire other women to age naturally.
“I hope I can inspire other women towards greater confidence by making the most of their natural good looks,” said Helen.
In a bold move, Mirren insisted that her ad photos for L’Oreal not be re-touched to make her look wrinkle-free, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
While she has been hailed for her ageless beauty, Helen never considered herself beautiful.
“I am not gorgeous,” she said. “I never was, but I was always OK-looking and I’m keen to stay that way.”
As a L’Oreal ambassador, Mirren’s face appears in ads for the brand’s anti-aging wrinkle creams including its bestselling RevitaLift Deep-Acting Moisturizer and Triple Power Serum.

Helen Mirren previously revealed she uses Kate Somerville face wash and cuts her own hair.
Helen’s fitness secrets are a portion-controlled diet and a 12-minute Air Force workout.
Mirren’s workout routine incorporates stretching and calisthenics such as push-ups, sit-ups and running in place.

As for diet, Mirren isn’t a fan of anything extreme, saying she prefers to eat well most of the time without depriving herself.
L’Oréal is thrilled to have Helen Mirren represent the timeless beauty brand. “She is brilliant, irreverent, beautiful, sexy and quintessentially British,” said the cosmetics conglomerate.
