Carrie Underwood ruled the red carpet of the 2016 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee, where she dazzled in a floral chiffon gown with a thigh-high slit.
Underwood also performed at the CMTs, and stunned the audience in a sexy black leather outfit while performing her new single, “Church Bells,” a track off her bestselling album, Storyteller (see video).
Carrie, who’s set to launch her own bikini and swimsuit line, has maintained her 30-pound post-baby weight loss with a vegan diet and rigorous Tabata HIIT workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Underwood’s favorite exercise is fat-blasting Tabata high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
“My favorite workout is Tabata, which I can do at home in about a half hour,” said Carrie. “I’m in love with it! It’s hard, but it really works. It really revs up my metabolism!”
Underwood gained 30 pounds and exercised while pregnant, which made losing the baby weight loss a lot easier.
“I gained only 30 pounds, which is the recommended amount, and I exercised throughout my pregnancy,” said Underwood.
Carrie joins a long list of celebrity vegans, who credit the 100% plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits, TheImproper reported.
Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce, Shania Twain and Gwen Stefani, who looks better than ever at age 46.
Beyonce’s longtime trainer, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution vegan diet helped Beyonce lose 65 pounds six months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012.

The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, has since maintained her weight loss and looks hotter than ever. Similarly, Jennifer Lopez credited Marco’s 22-day vegan diet for her 10-pound weight loss and age-defying beauty.
Experiencing natural weight loss and improved health on a vegan diet isn’t surprising to medical experts like Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
“The more greens you eat, the more weight you will lose,” said Dr. Fuhrman, author of The End of Dieting.
Carrie Underwood said coconut oil is one of her beauty secrets for glowing, youthful skin. “Coconut oil as a moisturizer [is my favorite beauty trick],” she said. “It feels and smells so good.”

Carrie’s beauty tips for radiant skin and shiny hair include the following:
1. T3 Featherweight Luxe 2i Dryer. “It makes my hair smooth and shiny.”
2. Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray. Carrie says this spray adds sexy texture to her hair.

3. José Eber Trio 3 in 1 Clipless Curling Iron.
4. Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Lotion.
5. Almay Intense I-Color Eyeliner In Black Pearl. “It stays in place all day!”
