Britney’s weight loss and fitness secrets are a low carb diet, cardio exercise and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The mom of two loves to exercise but said she hates dieting.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears, who has her own perfume line.

Britney said her metabolism slowed down after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet and cardio exercise keep her weight under control.
Spears usually runs on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer at home to torch calories and keep her legs and butt tight.
Britney has a sweet tooth and loves high-carb, sugary foods, but typically follows a low carb diet, Examiner reported.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Mark Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.
Dr. David Ludwig, author of Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, agrees. Low carb diets keep blood sugar stable and suppress appetite, said Ludwig, a physician and Harvard nutrition professor.
Other celebrities who have lost dramatic amounts of weight with a low-carb diet include Melissa McCarthy, who lost 75 pounds, and Kim Kardashian, who lost over 65 pounds on the Atkins plan.
The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs 132 pounds and hopes to reach her goal weight of 120 soon.
