Kim Kardashian credited waist training for her tiny waist in Fergie’s music video “MILF$,” and denied Photoshop was responsible for her hourglass figure.
Kardashian’s cartoon-like curves fueled rumors her waist was digitally edited in the “MILF$” music video.
An angry Kim denied the Photoshop speculation on Snapchat, crediting waist training for her curves.
“F***YoPhotoshop,” Kim wrote. #CorsetLife”
Waist-training, or the “Corset Diet,” is a weight loss trend some women use to slim down their tummies, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to six inches.
Actress Jessica Alba has credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight loss after her two pregnancies.
Similarly, Brooke Burke Charvet, creator of the Transform Your Body workout DVD, said wearing a corset was responsible for her stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her 4 pregnancies.

“I definitely feel good where I’m comfortable again and things are starting to fit,” said Kardashian.
Kim Kardashian, who gave birth to her second child in December 2015, previously wants to lose an additional 12 pounds to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.
