Candice Swanepoel flaunted her burgeoning baby bump on Instagram as she nears the end of her first pregnancy.
In the photos, Swanepoel cradles her pregnant belly as she basks in the last few weeks of gestation.
While Candice is celebrated for her sexy bikini body, she clearly has no problem embracing her rounded belly.
Swanepoel, who’s engaged to boyfriend Hermann Nicoli, has said isn’t worried about baby weight gain because she stays fit all year round.
Candice’s fitness secrets are a low carb, organic diet diet and daily workouts, TheImproper reported.
“Good health begins with what you put in your body,” said fitness expert Elizabeth Stein, author of Eating Purely. “When you eat better, you feel better.”
For exercise, Swanepoel does Pilates and yoga workouts, lifts light weights and boxes (when she’s not pregnant).
“I do a lot of yoga, boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer and lots of resistance training,” said Swanepoel. “I love yoga for the spiritual and physical sides. I meditate through yoga.”
Exercising during pregnancy prevents excessive weight gain, aids post-baby weight loss, and eases childbirth, said Brandi Dion, author of The Pregnant Athlete.
Candice’s beauty secrets involve a simple, inexpensive skincare regimen, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Swanepoel continued: “I use organic coconut oil to take my makeup off. I also add it to my smoothies to keep my skin glowing. It’s a great all-round natural beauty product. No matter how tired I am, I will never sleep in my makeup.”
To keep her hair strong, shiny and healthy, Candice likes to tie it in a twisted bun when it’s wet to produce a natural wave when she puts it down.
“Bio Oil is my favorite product from back home in South Africa and I love using it on my hair and body,” said Swanepoel.
Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, also uses Bio Oil to keep her skin wrinkle-free and minimize pregnancy-related stretch marks.
