Jennifer Aniston denied rumors she is pregnant for the umpteenth time, and slammed media body-shaming and tabloid gossip.

A furious Aniston said she’s “fed up” with the constant tabloid speculation that she is pregnant, on the brink of divorce, or making plans to adopt a baby.

“For the record, I am not pregnant. What I am is fed up,” Jennifer wrote on the Huffington Post. “I’m fed up with the sport-like scrutiny and body shaming that occurs daily under the guise of ‘journalism,’ the ‘First Amendment’ and ‘celebrity news.'”

Aniston is disgusted by the amount of attention false pregnancy stories get, saying it perpetuates a false narrative that childless or unmarried women are incomplete.

“The sheer amount of resources being spent right now by press trying to simply uncover whether or not I am pregnant … points to the perpetuation of this notion that women are somehow incomplete, unsuccessful, or unhappy if they’re not married with children,” Jennifer wrote.

Aniston, who’s married to actor Justin Theroux, said she may one day become a mom, but it won’t be because of social pressure.

Jennifer also said she’s annoyed that every time she gains weight, a pregnancy rumors starts.

“I resent being made to feel ‘less than’ because my body is changing and/or I had a burger for lunch and was photographed from a weird angle and therefore deemed one of two things: ‘pregnant’ or ‘fat,’ ” she wrote.

While Jennifer Aniston may be upset over the attention paid to her beauty, there’s no denying she looks fantastic at age 47.

Aniston’s beauty and fitness secrets are a low carb diet, yoga workouts, and careful skincare, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

“An apple with almond butter [is my favorite snack],” said Aniston. “Most nights I have protein and veggies for dinner and a chopped salad (no tomatoes) for lunch.”

Jennifer is a longtime workout fanatic who has practiced yoga for more than 20 years with Mandy Ingber, her friend and yoga teacher. “If yoga didn’t exist, I’d invent it,” said Aniston.

“The closest I’ll ever go is a Derma roller,” said Aniston. “Google it — it’s great. It’s like a little wheel that has little pins, like acupuncture needles in a way, and you roll it and it stimulates your collagen and it also allows for your products to seep into your skin.”
