The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed more than 200 pounds while pregnant, shed 80 pounds during the past 7 months with the Atkins diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
To burn lots of calories and torch fat, the mom of two ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.
“I definitely feel good where I’m comfortable again and things are starting to fit,” said Kardashian, who’s trying to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said Laura Childs, author of Low Carb High Fat No Hunger Diet.

“It’s not easy,” said Kardashian. “I gained a lot of weight. I definitely feel good where I’m comfortable again.”
