Pippa Middleton, the sister of Duchess Kate Middleton, loves her $328,000 diamond engagement ring so much she refuses to take it off — even when she exercises.
Pippa was photographed going for a run wearing a white tank top, red shorts and her gorgeous 3.5-carat engagement ring.
Middleton’s engagement has touched off a flurry of speculation about what type of wedding dress she’ll choose.
Pippa is engaged to hedge fund executive James Mathews. Thanks to Pippa’s lean, athletic physique, there are few wedding gowns that flatter her figure.
Like her gorgeous sister, Pippa is a fitness fanatic who follows a healthy diet and works out almost every day, doing Pilates, yoga, calisthenics and running, TheImproper reported.
Pippa doesn’t believe in extreme diets or excessive exercise, saying moderation is the key to looking and feeling your best.
“I’ve never done Dukan, attempted Atkins or exercised religiously 7 days a week,” said Middleton.
“But I do believe in making healthy choices, keeping refined carbs such as white bread and pasta to a minimum, and sticking to sensible portion sizes.”
Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets promote weight loss by inducing the body to burn body fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Physician and weight loss expert Dr. Mark Hyman agrees. By reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats, you can accelerate weight loss and enjoy consistent energy, said Dr. Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.
Pippa said exercise is a part of her lifestyle because working out makes her look and feel great.
“If I fit in at least 3, ideally 5, sessions of exercise a week, be it a 30-minute run, an hour’s walk or a good game of tennis, it boosts my mood and energy,” said Middleton, who credited Pilates workouts for her hot bikini body.

Pilates tones your entire body is is an excellent low-impact way to slim down, said fitness expert Cassey Ho, author of Hot Body Year Round.
Like her super-skinny sister Kate, Pippa Middleton is a fan of fresh green juices and uses her Nutribullet blender at home to make her own healthy fruit and vegetable drinks.
Pippa got Kate hooked on juicing last year, when the Duchess of Cambridge was trying to weight after giving birth to daughter Charlotte. Judging by Kate’s glamorous post-baby body, the juicing definitely worked.
