
Britney Spears is a longtime exercise fanatic who works out hard to maintain her fit bikini body.
While Britney usually sticks to a low carb, high-protein diet, she enjoys cheat days, but makes sure to work out afterward, TheImproper reported.
Earlier this week, Spears posted an Instagram video of herself walking on the treadmill while lifting hand weights to burn off the calories she had consumed at the Cheesecake Factory.
“After Cheesecake Factory you do this… Treadmill and weights ?,” Britney wrote.
Spears has been looking fitter than ever this summer, and posted several bikini photos to prove that point.
Spears, who’s in the middle of her Las Vegas residency, has gotten in fantastic shape recently, thanks to her daily dance performances and healthy diet.

Martina Slajerova, author of The KetoDiet Cookbook, agrees. Low carb diets keep blood sugar stable and suppress appetite, said Slajerova.
Low-carb, high-fat diets have also been shown to enhance mood and curb depression, said Maria.
Other celebrities who have lost weight on a low carb diet include Kim Kardashian, who lost 80 pounds in 7 months on the Atkins diet, TheImproper reported. The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs a slim 120 pounds.
