Irina Shayk flaunted her sizzling bikini body while vacationing with boyfriend Bradley Cooper in the Mediterranean.
While Shayk was clearly born with great genes, she also diets and exercises to maintain her supermodel bikini body, as Celebrity Health Fitness previously reported.
“I believe in eating what I like and sweating it out in the gym,” said Shayk.
“I work out every day and avoid exercises that make my body too muscular. I focus on activities like running, boxing, cycling and Pilates.”
Shayk, who’s dating actor Bradley Cooper, made the cover of the 2011 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.
Irina was born gorgeous but doesn’t take her exotic beauty for granted.
Shayk’s beauty secrets include sunscreen, sleep, lots of water, and regular spa treatments.
Irina, who dated Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo from 2010 to 2015, enjoys taking care of her body — not just because that’s her job, but because she loves to exercise.
“I never really diet,” says Shayk. “I think that a person can eat what she likes and do some exercises to be in shape. It doesn’t matter if it’s going to be gym or swimming, walking in a park or Pilates.”

Irina also takes excellent care of her skin by wearing sunscreen daily and getting regular spa treatments.
“I spend a lot of time in the sun due to my work, so I always protect my skin,” said Shayk.
“And I love a Russian sauna — banya — and always use there a special scrub that I make myself: I mix honey and sea salt. I use only this scrub for my face and body.”
While Irina Shayk has all the physical attributes of a supermodel, sex appeal to her is about more than just surface beauty.
“My definition of sexy is very simple: You need to be yourself, natural, the way you are,” said Irina.
