Gwen Stefani is a stone-cold fox since she started dating Blake Shelton following her divorce from rocker Gavin Rossdale.
While divorce is an extremely stressful and depressing experience, Stefani is fitter and younger-looking than ever at age 46.
Gwen, who recently divorced after 13 years of marriage, has been dating country music star Blake Shelton for several months, and has never been happier or more beautiful.
Stefani and Shelton recently performed their first country duet, Go Ahead and Break My Heart, a track from Shelton’s latest album, If I’m Honest.
Gwen’s fitness and weight loss secrets are a mostly vegan diet and intense exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Gwen previously followed a 100% vegan diet but has since started eating some animal protein.
Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart.
“A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals.”
Gwen joins a long list of celebrity vegetarians and vegans, who credit a plant-based diet for its weight loss and anti-aging health benefits. Other celebrity vegans include Beyonce and Carrie Underwood.

Beyonce’s longtime trainer, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution diet helped her lose 65 pounds six months after she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in 2012
The 5-foot-7 Beyonce, who once weighed 195 pounds, has since maintained her weight loss and looks better than ever.
Similarly, Carrie Underwood lost 30 pounds just two months after giving birth with a vegan diet, and has a bangin’ bikini body.

Gwen Stefani stays model-skinny by working out 5 days a week.
“I work out five days a week, I can’t imagine not doing it,” said Gwen, who has her own nail polish line and fragrance.
Stefani added: “I’m more like a man: I like going to the gym and lifting weights or doing a little boxing.”
