Kim Kardashian’s tiny waist and jaw-dropping weight loss raised eyebrows amid claims she weighs 124 pounds after losing almost 80 pounds.

Kim looked skinnier than she has in years in a body-hugging black dress and thigh-high boots as she visited the Revolve apparel store in Los Angeles.

The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed 200 pounds during her pregnancy, now weighs 123 pounds, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Kim is still dieting and working out to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds, for a total weight loss of 80 pounds.

In a Snapchat video, Kardashian gushed that her waist is so small it looks Photoshopped even to her.

“You guys, doesn’t my waist look Photoshopped?” she said. “It’s so crazy! It’s getting small!”

Kim’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise, waist training, and the low-carb, high-fat Akins diet, TheImproper reported.

Kardashian shed 80 pounds during the past 7 months with the Atkins diet.

Kim said she consumed about 40 net grams of carbs a day on her diet, and the weight melted off.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Maria Emmerich, author of Quick and Easy Ketogenic Cooking.

Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats curbs hunger, boosts energy and controls cravings, explained Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity and New Atkins For a New You.

To torch calories and burn fat, the mom of two ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.

Kim Kardashian also credited waist training for her tiny waist.

“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who says some of his patients have lost up to six inches from their midsections.

In 2014, Kim said she wore a waist trainer several hours a day to regain her small waist after giving birth to daughter North.

Kim’s sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kylie Jenner are also fans of waist training.

Looking back, Kim admits she was envious of women who lost weight right after birth.

“I was so jealous of women who had these cute little baby bellies and would gain 25 pounds and then, a few weeks after giving birth, somehow look exactly like they did before they were pregnant,” said Kim.

After dieting and working out daily to slim down, Kardashian is proud of her progress. “I definitely feel good,” she said. “I really feel like all the hard work paid off.”
