Kim Kardashian is skinnier than ever after her 80-pound weight loss and appears to have hit her goal weight based on new photos snapped during a visit to her cosmetic surgeon’s office.

Kim was photographed leaving the office of her longtime cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Simon Ourian on Aug. 13.

Kardashian’s ridiculously tiny waist and noticeably slimmer thighs made jaws drop.

Kim visited Dr. Ourian a few days ago to get skin tightening treatments and a non-surgical tummy tuck following her recent weight loss, TheImproper reported.

While Kardashian has denied getting a nose job and butt implant plastic surgery, she has admitted getting laser cellulite removal, Botox, cheek fillers, and laser treatments on her face, neck and body to prevent wrinkles and age spots.

Sources also said Kim has undergone at least one Brazilian butt lift to make her glutes look firm and plump.

The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed 200 pounds during her pregnancy, said she now weighs 123 pounds.

Kim is still dieting and working out to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds, for a total weight loss of 80 pounds.

In a Snapchat video, Kardashian boasted that her waist is now so small it looks Photoshopped even to her.

“You guys, doesn’t my waist look Photoshopped?” she said. “It’s so crazy! It’s getting small!”

Kim’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise, waist training, and the low-carb, high-fat Akins diet.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats curbs hunger, boosts energy and controls cravings, Dr. Westman explained in his bestselling book, New Atkins For a New You.

Kim said she consumed about 40 net grams of carbs on her diet, and the weight melted off, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

To torch calories and burn fat, the mom of two ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.

Kim Kardashian also credited waist training for her tiny waist.

“This is a remarkable way to train your waist to be smaller,” said plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who says some of his patients have lost up to six inches from their midsections.

In 2014, Kim wore a waist trainer several hours a day to regain her small waist after giving birth to daughter North.

Kim’s sisters Khloe, Kourtney and Kylie Jenner are also fans of waist training, as are Brooke Burke Charvet and Jessica Alba.
