Britney Spears went hiking in tiny booty shorts and a white tank top that spotlighted her flat abs and yoga-toned legs.
“Nothing like hiking to refocus your energy,” Spears wrote in the caption to her Instagram photo. “Can’t wait to get back to Vegas this week!”
Britney, who’s enjoying some time off before resuming her Las Vegas residency, recently dropped her ninth album, Glory.
Spears, who recently posted a series of bikini photos on Instagram, is in fantastic shape after losing weight.

The mom of two loves to eat and hates dieting and counting calories. Fortunately, she enjoys working out, saying it helps ease her anxiety and depression.
Britney said her metabolism slowed down after two pregnancies, but a low carb diet and cardio exercise keep her weight under control, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears.
Britney, who loves desserts, fried foods and french fries, typically follows a low-carb diet.
Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets fuel rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Maria Emmerich, author of Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking.
Low carb diets keep blood sugar stable and suppress appetite, said physician Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Other celebrities who lost weight on a low-carb diet include Kim Kardashian, who lost 80 pounds in 7 months on the Atkins diet. The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs 123 pounds.
