Natalie Portman was a red carpet superstar at the New York premiere of her new film, “A Tale of Love and Darkness,” which she stars in and directs.

Portman dazzled in an elegant white Christian Dior dress that spotlighted her tiny waist and yoga-toned body.

At 35, Portman has barely aged during the past few years, thanks to a healthy diet and exercise.

Portman’s anti-aging beauty and fitness secrets are a vegan diet, running and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“I run three times a week and I practice yoga,” said Natalie. “Diet is a big part of it. I’m vegan, and I drink a lot of water.”

Natalie Portman joins a long list of celebrity vegans who credit the 100% plant-based diet for its weight loss and beauty benefits.

Vegan diets have anti-aging health benefits and promote natural weight loss, said nutritionist Kimberly Snyder, author of Beauty Detox Power.

Other celebrity vegans include Demi Moore and Jennifer Lopez, who recently lost 10 pounds on a vegan diet.

Lopez is no longer 100 percent vegan, but follows a mostly vegan diet because it makes her feel fantastic, TheImproper reported.

“Even if you’re 70 to 80 percent vegan, it’s so much better having those vegetables, greens, and plant-based stuff,” said Jennifer. “It’s going to change your life and health.”

JLo’s nutritionist, Marco Borges, said The 22-Day Revolution diet helped Lopez lose 10 pounds and regain her hot bikini body at age 47.

Jennifer, who lost more than 60 pounds after giving birth to twins, has since maintained her weight loss with a mostly vegan diet.
