Kim Kardashian, who recently showed off her tiny waist after her 80-pound weight loss, has added boxing to her workout regimen.
Kim posted a Snapchat video of herself boxing with her trainer, while gushing how small her waist and hips are now.
“Boxing!” she wrote. “Look how big my pants are!!”
Boxing promotes rapid weight loss and burns fat because it’s a high-intensity, total-body workout that torches lots of calories, said Cathe Friedrich, creator of the MMA Boxing DVD.
Kardashian posted the boxing video just days after admitting she gets butt injections to treat psoriasis.
Kim, who denied she has butt implants or gotten other butt plastic surgery, said the butt implant rumors started after a small dent created by the psoriasis injection was visible through her dress in a paparazzi photo.
“Every few years I get a cortisone shot,” Kardashian said on a livestream video.
“There is a picture of me in Miami wearing an electric blue dress, and another picture of me walking down Robertson. You see the indent. And I think that’s when the rumors started: ‘She’s had [butt] implants.’”
Kim, who gets Botox, laser cellulite treatments, liposuction, skin tightening treatments and non-surgical tummy tucks, insists her plump backside is due to exercise such as walking/running on the treadmill and squats, TheImproper reported.
Plastic surgery or not, there’s no denying Kardashian has lost a dramatic amount of weight since giving birth to her second baby in December 2015.
Kim’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise, waist training and the low-carb Akins diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.
Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats curbs hunger, boosts energy and controls cravings, said Maria Emmerich, author of Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking.
The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed 200 pounds during her pregnancy, said she now weighs 123 pounds.

Kim is still dieting and working out to reach her goal weight of 120 pounds, for a total weight loss of 80 pounds.
Even though she lost a lot of weight, Kardashian tried to embrace her body at every weight.
“We all have our hang-ups and things we might want to change, but my curves make me who I am,” said Kardashian. “So I embrace my body and the changes I’ve gone through.”
