Patti Stanger, the former star of the hit reality show “Millionaire Matchmaker,” flaunted her fit bikini body and 30-pound weight loss on Instagram, where she revealed her diet secrets.
Stanger, 55, credited a sugar-free diet that banned processed food for her amazing bikini body and weight loss.
“#Nosugar is working. I’ve been off the bad stuff for over 2 months and the weight flies off,” Patti wrote on Instagram.
“Cut out all processed food, no fruit, no artificial sweetener. Went full on with @SweetLeafStevia.”
Stanger, starred on Millionaire Matchmaker for 8 seasons, said her bikini selfie was snapped with no makeup and without any filters.

In 2013, Stanger revealed she had lost 30 pounds through diet and exercise. Patti’s weight loss secrets were a sugar-free diet and cardio exercise, Shape reported.
Avoiding sugar is the one thing that will make the biggest difference in your health, said obesity expert Diane Sanfilippo, author of The 21-Day Sugar Detox.
Reducing sugar intake accelerates weight loss and prevents aging (especially wrinkles), say fitness experts.
Sugar is has no redeeming health benefit, is addictive, and is a leading cause of early death, said Sarah Wilson, author of I Quit Sugar.

For exercise, Patti Stanger torched calories and fat on the elliptical trainer and did Zumba dance workouts.
Another celebrity who loves Zumba is actress Ashley Judd, who credits the fat-blasting exercise for her rippling abs at age 48, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I found Zumba and I love it,” said Judd. “It has transcended brain work and become an experience of effervescent JOY.”
