Tony Horton has been a fitness icon for more than 30 years as the creator of the best-selling workout regimen, P90X.

Horton’s latest exercise DVD, Tony Horton’s 22 Minute Hard Corps Workout, incorporates military training techniques to get you “boot-camp fit” in just 8 weeks.

Horton has a massive celebrity following, including rapper Eminem, singer Pink, rock legend Bruce Springsteen, and Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House of Representatives (see photo).

Tony shared his fitness and success secrets in his motivational self-help book, The Big Picture: 11 Laws That Will Change Your Life.

Horton, who looks 10 to 20 years younger than his age (58), follows a varied diet that combines the eating principles of the vegan, vegetarian and Paleo diets.

Tony avoids fast food and processed food filled with sugar, salt, and chemicals.

To maintain his rippling abs, Horton works out 5 to 6 days a week, alternating between yoga, weightlifting, P90X workouts, cross-training, his 22-Minute Hard Corps workout and plyometrics.

Fun with fitness!

Tony Horton is known for his incredible body, but said a strong mind is the first step toward health and wellness.

“You have to be willing to change your mental and emotional state before you can begin a fitness program and dietary shift,” said Horton.

The Big Picture gives the reader a new perspective that allows them to be more consistent and really enjoy the process when it comes to feeling good and getting better, as opposed to just eating or exercising with the hope they’ll look different in the future.”

While Tony is rich, famous and successful, his No. 1 goal has always been to help others become their best selves.

“My goal is, and has always been, to focus on helping as many people as possible with real and authentic techniques that will change their lives,” said Horton.
