Kim Kardashian has definitely cleared her weight loss, as evidenced by her ridiculously sexy bikini body, which she paraded on the beach in Mexico.

Kim, who gained almost 80 pounds during her second pregnancy, appears to have lost all the weight judging by her tiny waist and slimmed-down bikini body.

Kardashian has been enjoying a sun-splashed beach vacation in Mexico this week with her two kids and several close girlfriends.

In her latest series of what some claim are staged photo ops, Kim flaunted her 80-pound weight loss in a tiny black bikini bottom as she walked around barefoot.

The 5-foot-2 Kardashian, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, recently said she weighed 123 pounds, and wanted to diet and exercise more so she could reach her goal weight of 120 pounds.

Based on her recent bikini photos, it appears Kim has achieved her fitness goal.

Kardashian’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise and the low carb, high-fat Akins diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

While Kim still enjoys cheat meals such as cheese fries and desserts, she usually eats healthy fats such as olive oil, proteins like eggs, salmon or chicken, leafy green salads and low-starch vegetables.

Kim limited her daily carb intake to 40 net grams on the Atkins diet, and said the weight dropped off easily.

Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss weight loss by encouraging the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Maria Emmerich, author of Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking.

Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats curbs hunger, boosts energy and controls cravings, explained Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

To torch calories and burn fat, the mom of two ran or walked on the treadmill and used the elliptical trainer.

In 2014, Kim said she wore a waist trainer several hours a day to regain her small waist after giving birth to daughter North.

Kardashian, who confessed she was terrified she’d never lose all the baby weight, feels confident again.

“Now that I feel like I’ve gotten down to my goal weight a little bit more, I want to wear less clothes,” said Kim, who said she’ll post a nude selfie again soon.
