Jessica Alba smoldered in a body-hugging red leather dress, proving once again that she is the most beautiful woman in Hollywood.
Jessica looked stunning as she headed to a taping of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in New York City.
Alba was promoting her new movie, “Mechanic: Resurrection,” which co-stars Jason Statham. “Resurrection” is a sequel to the 2011 film, The Mechanic.
Jessica has a much talked-about bikini scene in “Mechanic: Resurrection,” where her character Gina is kidnapped.
Alba is hotter than ever at age 35, thanks to a diet and exercise.
Jessica’s bikini fitness and weight loss secrets are a low-carb Paleo diet, yoga, and CrossFit workouts, TheImproper reported.
Research shows the Paleo diet promotes natural weight loss, reduces blood pressure, and prevents cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression, and even Alzheimer’s.
According to a study published in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the Paleo diet is twice as effective as other diets for promoting weight loss and reducing belly fat.
Weight loss expert Esther Blum, author of Cavewomen Don’t Get Fat, said Paleo doesn’t emphasize calorie restriction and provides a healthy balance of protein, vegetables and high-quality fats that help women manage hormone fluctuations.
Studies show the low carb high-fat Paleo, Atkins and ketogenic diets accelerate weight loss, prevent heart disease and lower blood pressure, said Maria Emmerich, author of Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking.
For exercise, Jessica Alba does CrossFit, yoga, runs on the treadmill, lifts weights, and takes spinning classes, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Other celebrity Paleos include Kristin Cavallari and “True Blood” hunk Joe Manganiello.
Manganiello has credited a Paleo-style diet and CrossFit for his rippling physique. Joe shared his diet secrets and workout routine in his bestseller, Evolution.
