Bethenny Frankel showcased her fit bikini body on Instagram while vacationing in Mykonos, Greece.
Bethenny, who battled anorexia, bulimia and laxative addiction for years, is now in the best shape of her life, thanks to diet and exercise.
Frankel’s bikini fitness and weight loss secrets are a portion-controlled diet and regular workouts that include yoga and cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss, reduces stress, and prevents depression, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.
The 5-foot-6 Bethenny has said she weighs about 115 pounds. While critics have accused her of being too skinny, Frankel said being thin is her brand.
Yeah, I am thin,” Bethenny said on social media. “I have a brand called Skinnygirl, so it’s not a big giant mystery. You can’t please everybody.”
In 2011, Bethenny admitted she had struggled with anorexia, bulimia and laxative abuse for decades.
Frankel said she no longer suffers from anorexia and bulimia, but is thinner than ever without extreme dieting or excessive exercise.
