Kim Kardashian looked ridiculously hot at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) in a body-hugging sheer black dress that spotlighted her 80 pound post-baby weight loss.
Kim, who introduced Britney Spears at the VMAs, accompanied husband Kanye West on the red carpet (see video below).
Kardashian has been chronicling her post-baby weight loss since giving birth to her second child (in December 2015).
Remarkably, Kim, who weighed 200 pounds during pregnancy, has lost about 80 pounds during the past eight months.
Kardashian’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise and the low carb, high-fat Akins diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Kim still enjoys occasional cheat meals such as cheese fries, hamburgers and sweets, but usually limits carb consumption.
Kardashian’s daily meal plan typically features healthy fats such as olive oil, high-quality proteins like eggs, salmon or chicken, and leafy green salads and vegetables.
Kim followed the Atkins diet, which capped her daily carb intake at 40 grams, said the weight fell off rapidly.

Kim Kardashian also credited waist training for her tiny waist.
In 2014, Kim said she wore a waist trainer several hours a day to regain her small waist after giving birth to daughter North.
Kardashian, who was terrified she’d never lose the baby weight, feels confident again after her 80-pound weight loss.
“It’s important to work out and be the best version of yourself that you can be,” said Kim. “But never feel like you have to be the skinniest girl in the room to be the prettiest.”
