
Hilaria Baldwin, who’s expecting her third child, showed off her gorgeous pregnant body on Instagram.
Hilaria looked radiant as she posed in a bra and panties in front of a bathroom mirror.
Despite being pregnant and wearing no makeup, Baldwin looked beautiful and still has an enviably fit bikini body.
Hilaria’s fitness and beauty secrets include a mostly vegan diet and daily workouts that include yoga, light weightlifting, and walking, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I do some exercise every day,” said Baldwin. “I teach myself yoga every day.”

Hilaria follows a mostly vegan diet, although she occasionally eats fish. Her Instagram account shows photos of her plant-based meals, which include lots of salads and green smoothies.
Baldwin plans to raise her children on a vegan diet, but will allow them to eat more flexibly when they go to a friend’s house or birthday party.
Other celebrity vegans include supermodel Christie Brinkley and country superstar Shania Twain, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Christie, 62, and Shania, 51, both credit a plant-based diet for their youthful beauty and fantastic health.
