Rob Kardashian credited a low-carb diet, exercise and Blac Chyna’s cooking for his recent weight loss and for reversing his type 2 diabetes.
Rob, who was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in late 2015, said Chyna’s move to cook healthy, low-carb, high-protein meals for him at home cured his diabetes.
“She told me that by having her cook for me, my diabetes would be gone,” Kardashian told People. “And it is.”
Rob — who once weighed 300 pounds — recently lost 30 pounds with diet and exercise, but has since regained some of it after overeating with his pregnant fiancee.

The 6-foot-1 Rob said he now weighs 285 pounds, but his goal weight is 210.
Rob’s weight loss secrets were cardio exercise and a low-carb diet that excludes fast food, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Low carb, high-fat diets like the Atkins and ketogenic diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. David Ludwig, author of Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells.

Limiting carbs and eating more healthy fats can reverse type 2 diabetes, curb hunger and boost energy, explained Dr. Mark Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.
Rob Kardashian also does cardio exercise at least 5 days a week, including walking on the StairMaster, which can burn more than 800 calories an hour for a man his size.
With his impressive weight loss, a baby on the way, a wedding, and a new TV show, Rob Kardashian is happier than ever, and he credits Blac Chyna for it all.

“She got me through my darkest times,” said Kardashian. “I wasn’t happy in my own skin. I missed out on so many things.”
“Rob & Chyna” premieres on E! Sept. 11.
