Jennifer Lopez is hotter than ever despite her recent breakup from longtime boyfriend Casper Smart.

Lopez, who just turned 47, is in the best shape of her life after her 10-pound weight loss on a mostly vegan diet, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

While JLo is no longer 100 percent vegan, she still follows a mostly plant-based diet, saying it has given her more energy and is responsible for her youthful beauty.

The age-defying health and weight loss benefits of vegan and vegetarian diets are no surprise to obesity expert and nutritionist Lindsay Nixon.

A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is associated with health and disease prevention, said Nixon, author of Happy Herbivore Light & Lean.

Health expert and vegetarian chef Jonathan Vine agrees.  A vegetarian diet is full of antioxidants which protect the body from age-related damage by free radicals, said Vine, author of Vegetarian Weight Loss.

Lopez’s other anti-aging beauty secrets include lots of water, plenty of sleep and rigorous cardio workouts, TheImproper reported.

To achieve her gorgeous, airbrushed skin, Jennifer Lopez uses her favorite concealers: Jane Iredale’s Concealer and Bobbi Brown’s Retouching Powder.

To tone her bangin’ bikini body, Lopez exercises with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, whose workouts combine high-intensity cardio dance exercise with strength-training using body weight.

“Jennifer does the Tracy Anderson Method, which includes muscular structure work and between nine and 13 different exercises,” said Anderson.

Tracy, who also trains Gwyneth Paltrow, revealed her weight loss secrets in her book, Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method.

Lopez, who’s divorced from singer Marc Anthony, is at peace and happy with her life after suffering through several high-profile breakups (such as ex-fiance Ben Affleck).

Looking back, JLo said she learned a lot and became a wiser, stronger person as a result of the difficult times she weathered.

“The adversity you come across in life may cause pain, but with pain comes growth and the opportunity to rise to the occasion as your strongest, best self,” Lopez wrote in her memoir, True Love. “You have to take care of yourself: your body, your mind, your soul. Be your own keeper.”
