Pregnant Hilaria Baldwin showed off her sizzling bikini body and growing baby bump on Instagram.
A bikini-clad Hilaria did a yoga pose alongside her daughter.
In a separate Instagram video, Baldwin lifted light weights in bed while wearing black lingerie. “Don’t stress about the weight,” Hilaria reminded fans.
Hilaria, a yoga teacher who’s married to actor Alec Baldwin, exercises every day alternating between yoga, body-sculpting classes, running, and walking, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I do some exercise every day,” said Baldwin. “I walk a lot, and early on [in my pregnancy] I went jogging — I’m a runner. I teach myself yoga every day.”
Hilaria follows a mostly vegan diet, but occasionally eats fish. Her Instagram account shows photos of her plant-based meals, which include lots of salads and green smoothies.
“This morning, I woke up and had a green smoothie with almond butter (super-filling),” Baldwin wrote on Instagram. “It’s all about planning for the splurge moments!”
Baldwin said she plans to raise her children on a vegan diet at home, but will allow them to eat more flexibly when they go to a friend’s house or birthday party.

Other celebrity vegans include supermodel Christie Brinkley and country superstar Shania Twain, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
Christie, 62, and Shania, 51, both credit a plant-based diet for their youthful beauty and fantastic health.
The anti-aging health and weight loss effects of a vegan diet are no surprise to Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center.
“A diet of minimally processed foods close to nature — predominantly plants — is decisively associated with health promotion and disease prevention,” said Dr. Katz, author of Disease-Proof.

Dr. Neal Barnard agrees. “Studies suggest that free radicals [toxic molecules that form in the body] contribute to aging,” said Barnard, author of 21-Day Weight Loss Kickstart. “A vegan diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, is full of antioxidants which help protect the body from damage by free radicals.”
Hilaria Baldwin is the creator of At Home with Hilaria Baldwin: Fit Mommy-to-be Prenatal Yoga and appears in the workout DVD Yoga for Weight Loss.
“Being my third baby in three years, I am a true believer that our bodies are amazing,” said Hilaria. “We should celebrate them, rather than feel embarrassed and hide until the baby weight is entirely gone.”
