Kate Beckinsale looked gorgeous as the vampire warrior Selene in the trailer for “Underworld: Blood Wars,” the fifth installment in the “Underworld” film series.
Judging by her age-defying beauty, Beckinsale was perfectly cast to play the gorgeous immortal Selene in “Underworld 5” (see trailer).
Beckinsale has barely aged during the past 10 years, and absolutely does not look 42 years old.
Kate’s fitness and beauty secrets are a portion-controlled diet, yoga workouts and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“The secret to everything for me is doing yoga every day,” said Beckinsale. “It does do nice things for your body, but it also kind of calms you dow.”
Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, sculpting lean muscles, and suppressing appetite, said Beckinsale’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy.
Kate Beckinsale also does fat-blasting high intensity interval training (HIIT).
HIIT workouts accelerate weight loss, boost metabolism and burn belly fat better than steady-state cardio exercise, say fitness experts.
“HIIT is a fantastic way to lose weight and get healthy quickly with very short bursts of targeted exercise,” said Sean Bartram, author of High-Intensity Interval Training for Women.
