Kourtney Kardashian flaunted her hot bikini body on Instagram while vacationing aboard a yacht.
Kardashian, who traveled from St. Tropez to Monaco with her children and mom Kris Jenner, posted an Instagram selfie that spotlighted her washboard abs in a tan bikini.
Despite having having gained and lost 45 pounds through 3 pregnancies, Kourtney is in the best shape of her life.
Kardashian’s weight loss secrets are a gluten-free, Paleo-style diet, yoga, and weight training workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness reported.
“I try to eat gluten-free and dairy-free,” said Kourtney (see video).
Kourtney’s diet mirrors Paleo principles: A gluten-free, dairy-free diet that limits processed foods and emphasizes healthy fats, vegetables, and high-quality proteins like wild salmon, grass-fed beef, real butter and pastured eggs.
The Paleo diet works well for women because it reduces the blood-sugar spikes and hormone surges that fuel overeating, mood swings and weight gain, said Elle Russ, author of The Paleo Thyroid Solution.
Other celebrity Paleos include supermodel Adriana Lima and Jessica Alba, who’s sexier than ever after two kids.
Kardashian also relies on ghee (clarified butter), a Paleo favorite, to prevent wrinkles and promote weight loss, and coconut oil to make her hair and skin lustrous.
“I love using coconut oil for everything,” she said. “You can literally use it on your hair, skin, body, it does everything.”
The brunette beauty starts each morning with 1 teaspoon of organic ghee, which is clarified butter.

Kourtney also does calisthenics, cardio exercise, and weight training. “For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind,” she said.
