Lady Gaga flaunted her summer weight loss in tiny black short-shorts and a cut-off top that showcased her washboard abs.
Gaga is flying high after recently dropping Perfect Illusion, the first single off her fifth album, “Joanne,” which comes out Oct. 21.

Lady Gaga, who recently split from fiance Taylor Kinney, looks fantastic, thanks to a low-glycemic diet and yoga workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Gaga has practiced yoga for years, and exercises even when she’s drunk.
“I’ve got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I am hung over,” said the Grammy winner.
“I do a ton of yoga. And it’s about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired.”

Yoga promotes natural weight loss and reduces stress, said Jennifer Aniston’s yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber, author of Yogalosophy For Inner Strength.
Gaga is in great shape after gaining 25 pounds in 2013 binge-eating pizza and pasta at her parents’ NYC Italian restaurant.
She lost the weight quickly with yoga workouts and a low glycemic index diet, TheImproper reported.

A low-glycemic diet accelerates weight loss, boosts metabolism and prevents diabetes, said Rob Thompson, author of The Insulin Resistance Solution.
While Gaga wasn’t bothered by her weight gain, she was viciously fat-shamed by the media, prompting her to hit back at critics via Twitter.
“To all the girls that think you’re ugly because you’re not a size 0, you’re the beautiful one. It’s society who’s ugly,” she wrote.

The pop icon said all women, especially young girls, should value themselves and not get caught up in self-destructive cycles of crash-dieting and self-loathing.
Lady Gaga said she has finally learned to love herself, flaws and all. “This is who I am,” she wrote. “And I am proud at any size.”
