Khloe Kardashian, who recently lost 40 pounds, claims she’s “fat again” and has set a new weight loss goal to get back in shape.
Khloe revealed on Snapchat that she recently gained a few pounds because her brother-in-law Kanye West took her trainer Don Brooks on tour with him, so her workouts haven’t been as effective.
“So Don has been on tour with Kanye, so I’m fat now and it is all because of Don and Kanye,” Khloe lamented.
“But guess what? We’re going to get it back in one f**king day!”
Kardashian then worked up some serious sweat during a grueling workout that included jumping rope and strength-training.
Khloe joked that she’s “fat,” but is actually skinnier than she has ever been after losing 40 pounds with diet and exercise.
Kardashian’s weight loss secrets is a dairy-free diet and intense workouts that combine cardio and weight-training, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“The gym takes all the anxiety away when I’m overwhelmed or stressed out,” said Khloe.
“If I don’t have time to go to a class, I use the treadmill I have at home. It clears my mind of all the crap and puts me in a really good mood.”
Khloe revealed her diet, workout, weight loss, and beauty secrets in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked.
Kardashian’s beauty secrets include sunscreen and anti-aging wrinkle creams, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
