Britney Spears showcased her fit body and impressive weight loss during a sizzling dance workout to Meghan Trainor’s hit song, Me Too.
“It’s been a while since I’ve cut loose,” Britney wrote in the caption to her Instagram video.
Spears looked fit and fab in a pair of tiny pink shorts and flowery bra top that accentuated her washboard abs.
Britney, who’s in the middle of her Las Vegas residency, has flaunted her toned body on Instagram a lot lately, and looks fantastic, thanks to diet and exercise.
Britney’s weight loss secrets are a low carb diet, yoga workouts and cardio exercise, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The mom of two loves to eat and hates dieting and counting calories. Fortunately, she enjoys working out, saying it helps ease her anxiety and depression.
Spears usually runs on the treadmill or the elliptical trainer to tone her legs and butt and prevent weight gain.
“Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically,” said Spears, who also does lots of yoga, TheImproper reported.
Yoga promotes natural weight loss, reduces stress, and prevents depression, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.
Britney typically follows a low-carb diet, but admits she loves sweets, fried foods and french fries.

Other celebrities who lost weight on a low-carb diet include Kim Kardashian, who lost 80 pounds in 7 months on the Atkins diet. The 5-foot-2 Kim, who weighed 200 pounds while pregnant, now weighs 123 pounds.
