Kourtney Kardashian put her sizzling bikini body and 45-pound weight loss on display while while filming “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” in Miami with Scott Disick and her sisters Kim and Khloe.
In a photo posted to her Instagram account, Kourtney wore a halter-style yellow swimsuit that spotlighted her gym-toned physique.
Kourtney is in the best shape of her life after gaining and losing 45 pounds during her three babies.
Kardashian’s weight loss secrets are a gluten-free, Paleo-style diet, yoga, and weight training workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
The Paleo style is a gluten-free, dairy-free diet that limits processed foods and emphasizes healthy fats, vegetables, and high-quality proteins like wild salmon, grass-fed beef, real butter and pastured eggs.
The Paleo diet works well for women because it reduces the blood-sugar spikes and hormone surges that fuel overeating and weight gain, said Elle Russ, author of The Paleo Thyroid Solution.
Other celebrity Paleos include actress Jessica Alba, who is hotter than ever after two kids.
Kourtney Kardashian starts each morning with a little cup of Paleo-friendly ghee (clarified butter) to prevent wrinkles and promote weight loss.
Health experts say ghee promotes weight loss, prevents wrinkles, and boosts metabolism. Ghee is rich in anti-aging antioxidants and fat-burning conjugated linoleic acid.
Kourtney has been drinking a teaspoon of ghee every morning for years, and rapidly lost 45 pounds after each of her three pregnancies using this weight loss secret, TheImproper reported.
She’s also a fan of coconut oil (another Paleo favorite) to make her hair and skin lustrous.
“I love using coconut oil for everything,” she said. “You can literally use it on your hair, skin, body, it does everything.”
Kourtney tries to exercise every day, saying it keeps her physically and mentally fit. Kardashian does yoga to sculpt lean, toned muscles.
Yoga is promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.
Kourtney also does calisthenics, cardio exercise, and weight training. “For me, exercise is as much about my body as it is about calming my mind,” she said.
