Francis Bean Cobain, daughter of late Nirvana frontman Curt Cobain, put her divorce behind her and hit the shows at Paris Fashion Week with mom Courtney Love, signalling their estrangement is finally over.
Francis, now 24, went through a rebellious period that included marrying Isaiah Silva, former frontman for the band The Rambles. The secret ceremony didn’t include her mom.
“Courtney loves Isaiah, but was devastated to learn that Frances had gotten married without her knowing,” a source told E! News, when the wedding became public in September a year ago.
The couple invited only 15 guests and mom Courtney was not among them.
Courtney and Francis appeared to have set their differences aside in September a year ago, at a screening of documentary on her late husband, “Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck.”
Francis and Isaiah began dating when Francis was only 19 in 2010 and they got engaged in Oct. 2011.
The couple split in March after Cobain filed for divorce. Legal proceedings appeared to be nearing an end last week.
As part of a tentative settlement, Francis has agreed to pay Silva $48,000 in spousal support and cover his legal fees, estimated at $15,000, according to gossip site TMZ.
Since the split, Francis appears to have reconciled with her mom. They were a pair at Paris Fashion Week and have been hitting the shows since Thursday.
They were spotted at the Chanel spring/summer 17 show in the French capital’s Grand Palais on today (Oct. 4) sporting a similar rock/goth style.
Francis’s resemblance to Courtney, 52, went beyond clothes. Francis has the same pouty lips, wide eyes and porcelain skin as her mom.
Frances’ heavily embellished top skimmed her trim frame before extending in to a floaty skirt, which featured hues of blue.
The garment’s long sleeves were sheer and flared and she adorned her manicured fingers in a number of statement silver rings.
Head designer Karl Lagerfeld featured a tech and electronica theme for the Chanel Show. Model Arizona Muse opened for the brand.
