Lady Gaga is known for her flamboyant stage style. Will her taste translate to a beauty line? The songstress thinks so. She’s planning to extend her brand from music to cosmetics with a line called Haus Beauty.
The 32-year-old singer is waiting to cement the trademark through her company, Ate My Heart Inc, before launching. But when it hits, it will leave no facial part untouched.
The line will including foundation, eyeliners, shadows and lipsticks, as well as less popular products like beauty milks, according to The Blast.
Don’l let her stage persona throw you. Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, says her personal style is a reflection of her mood at any given moment.
She explained in a 2015 interview:
“There’s always a dichotomy within me. If you see me dressing really out there, I tend to be self-deprecating inside. When I dress like a lady, I tend to be feeling very wild and confident. That sounds bizarre, but I get a lot of shit done with that blonde hair.”
Gaga, who is entering the twilight years of her pop singing career, and has suffered from health problems, is keen to broaden her business interests. She’s also trying to launch a line of wines inspired by her family’s Italian restaurant.
