Sandra Bullock is 53-years-old but has the face of a woman much younger. There’s a reason for that, but you may be shocked to find out her secret. The actress appeared on the Ellen Show today (May 17) and told all.

Her $650 facial treatment includes an ingredient made from the foreskin of penises. No joke!

“Why would you want that?” Ellen exclaimed. “Little penises are going to start growing out of [your face]. That’s what karma is going to do.”

“So be it,” Bullock replied.

The treatment actually involves a technique using extra-small micro-needles. They’re used to open pores and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, the natural substances that keep skin soft and pliable.

Then, a serum derived from the foreskin of Korean newborn babies is applied. The substance purportedly helps regenerate the skin.

“I call it the penis facial, and when you see how good it is to your face, you too will run to your local facialist and say, ‘Give me the penis!'” Bullock said.

The facial is the latest fad sweeping Hollywood, but it’s also generating a sketchy industry to harvest the foreskins, leading to unethical trafficking of foreskins in developing countries.

As soon as infant boys are circumcised (once every 25 seconds in the United States) foreskins are sold by doctors and hospitals to bio-engineering and cosmetics companies.

It’s now considered the most lucrative trade in human body parts ever in history, according to Acroposthion, a Web site dedicated to preserving foreskins.

The Academy Award winner was on the show to promote the all-female addition of the ‘Ocean’s’ crime drama franchise. She’s starring in “Ocean’s 8,” as Debbie Ocean, the sister of George Clooney’s character, Danny Ocean, who appears in the other films.

Instead of a Vegas heist, Debbie Ocean and her partners in crime plan to pull the heist of the century at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s fashion gala in New York City.

The cast includes Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Cate Blanchett and Anne Hathaway.

“In the film I’m getting out of prison and I’ve had five-and-a-half years to come up with this plan of stealing these specific jewels at the Met Ball. I pull the ladies together and we go and do it,” she says.

But Sandra confesses in real life she’s not the criminal type. Her biggest caper? “I once got drunk at a marathon dance and wound up in the hospital getting my stomach pumped!” she revealed.
