Hailey Baldwin has come to symbolize sultry sexuality since she launched her modeling career in 2014. Just shy 22, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin ventures to the tropical isle of St. Lucia in the Caribbean to frolic in the sea and sun in sexy swimsuits for the Italian edition of Elle magazine.

The magazine’s June issue is dedicated to the “Energy Club” and Hailey’s got plenty of it. She strikes poses and shows off her athletic ability with high kicks, back bends and cartwheels on the beach wearing designs by Calzedonia, Calvin Klein, Christopher Kane and K-Way.

Highlights of the Blood Type Diet

Type O blood: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy. D’Adamo also recommends various supplements to help with tummy troubles and other issues he says people with type O tend to have.

Type A blood: A meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains — ideally, organic and fresh, because D’Adamo says people with type A blood have a sensitive immune system.

Type B blood: Avoid corn, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Chicken is also problematic, D’Adamo says. He encourages eating green vegetables, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.

Type AB blood: Foods to focus on include tofu, seafood, dairy, and green vegetables. He says people with type AB blood tend to have low stomach acid. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoked or cured meats.

Saint Lucia is a well-known destination for sun-seeking celebrities. It’s part of the Lesser Antilles archipelago. The crystal-clear water laps up on talcum powder sand.

“Saint Lucia hides an unexpected wild soul,” the magazine proclaims. Hailey epitomizes that spirit. Her career keeps her on the run, whether it’s doing editorial work or hosting the “2015 MTV Europe Music Awards” in Milan, Italy.

To unwind and stay trim, Hailey likes aerobic exercises. “I’ve been boxing for the last three years. It reminds me of dance in how coordinated it is,” she tells the magazine.

She spent last summer flash-boxing at Rumble, a New York fitness center that focuses on boxing style workouts. “I was in the best shape I’ve ever been,” she proudly says.

To stay grounded, she relies on her dad and mother, graphic artist Kennya Deodato Baldwin, and close friends like another Elle cover star Kendall Jenner, of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” fame.

“I’m definitely not a talker,” Baldwin says. “But when I’m having an issue, I need to say it out loud, like, six or seven times until I figure it out.”

She’s also a big believer in naturopath Peter J. D’Adamo’s Blood Type Diet. It’s a favorite of a number of fashion models, including Australian model Elise Taylor

“I’ve been doing the blood type diet and I’m O. So I’m a meat eater, but no dairy. It’s amazing,” Elise said in a recent interview.

Proponents of the blood-type diet claim that food intake can be tailored for individuals based on their blood chemistry. Hailey’s diet is based mostly on plant-based meals because she’s a blood type A.

“Don’t get me wrong, I do love my cheeseburgers every once in a while,” she assures.
