Kelly Gale, the Swedish-Australian model is known for her exotic beauty and outstanding physical fitness.

The 25-year-old model, who also has a dash of Indian heritage, has shown off her toned body for Victoria’s Secret, and in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and Playboy magazine among other outlets.

She recently reveal how she maintains her sensational physique, including her rock-hard abs.

Her secret: She records herself exercising at the peak of her ability and then watches the results during subsequent workouts to make sure she’s maintaining the same level.

She trains for two- to three-hours a day and ramps up the tempo and frequency of her workouts in the weeks prior to a show.

Kelly has built a significant following on Instagram where she treats her 1.4 million followers to a steady stream of sexy photos. (See Below)

“I like to go bed early the night before the casting so I get a good night’s sleep,” she says.

“I set my alarm early so I can do a meditation when I wake, and I then do a quick 15-minute ab-blast to help define my abs. To be honest my exercise regimen doesn’t change that much leading up to the show.

“Meaning I work out six days per week all year round and usually workout two hours per day, and on top of that I like power walking 15km to 30km each day. In the lead up to the show I walk closer to 30 km every day, workout two hours per day.”

When it comes to diet, she likes to keep it clean and simple.

“I have a green juice in the morning – a big one – with kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, two lemons and lots of ginger,’ she told She told Grazia magazine.

“I’ll do like a more intense workout in the morning and then for lunch I have lean proteins, like all the seafood I want and white fish, turkey and lots of veggies.” 

Kelly also is a believer in aerobic exercises like walking, boxing, jump-rope and Pilates.

And, she recommends mixing up your workouts.

“Sometimes I train with my personal trainer, sometimes I take classes because I feel like my body gets very used to it if I just do the same thing all the time.” 

Gale’s background is almost exotic as her looks.

She was born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden and also lived in Ghana and Australia.

Her mother, Gita, is a dentist and former pilot who was born in India. She was adopted by a Swedish family at age 5.

Her father, Jeff, is a photographer and former Australian footballer, so it’s not hard to see how she came by her athleticism.

She played soccer with Swedish soccer club Näsets SK in Gothenburg and hs been an avid tennis player since she was 7 years old.  

At a willowy 5-feet, 11-inches tall, she stood out in a crowd and was discovered by a modeling agent at 13, standing outside a coffee shop.

She hit the ground running as a model and was booked out of the gate by H&M.

She debuted on the runway for Chanel in 2012 at 17.

The following year she was tapped for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and became a regular. She’s walked for the lingerie line in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Gale was the Playboy Playmate of the Month in September 2016.
