The pop icon’s anti-aging fitness secrets are a mostly vegan, macrobiotic diet, weightlifting and yoga workouts, Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.
“I started doing yoga again, which I haven’t done in years,” said Madonna. “I’m so used to exercising with music playing very loud. And when you do yoga, you’re just listening to your breath.” Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.
