Supermodel Miranda Kerr often flaunts her yoga-toned bikini body on Instagram, where she posted several photos spotlighting her supermodel physique. Kerr does yoga every day, even if it’s just for 12 minutes. “I make sure I do half an hour of yoga in the morning,” she says. “I try to do this power-workout DVD, Pace Express by Al Sears, 4 times a week.
